Shiroi Haru

Synopsis

Former yakuza Haruo is finally released from prison after completing his sentence. With nine years worth of prison gratuities in hand, he stops at a restaurant to enjoy a good meal, but all of his money ends up being stolen. With nothing left, he spends the night at a net cafe, and he manages to look up his old friend from his yakuza days. When Haruo visits the next day, he learns that his old girlfriend Mariko was living with another man, but later died of illness. Haruo, who had committed murder 9 years earlier to earn the money for Mariko's medical treatment, is shocked and angered. He decides to track down that other man, who runs a bakery with his wife and daughter Sachi. Haruo later runs into Sachi at the park, but he has yet to find out the truth about her.

Comment

This is really a nice drama from the beginning until the end. Every episode is touching and Abe Hiroshi really did a great job in this drama. Every emotions of a former yakuza of wretchedness, repentance, forgiveness and the love of a father is expressed from Abe's acting skills. Although the story-line is quite typical, but still it touches the heart of those who watched it. If you have the time, this is one of great drama you won't wanna miss especially you are a jap-drama addict!

Do As Infinity Revived!!!

I am so so so so happy!!!

Do As Infinity is finally back!!! I've got their latest album just hot from the oven!!! Oh my oh my!!! And i got the last piece @ HMV Citylink! I think they didn't really import much in HMV... and for that few songs, its not really cheap either, cuz its from japan and not taiwan made.

Also, Adelene helped me to get one of Tomiko's CD from Japan that i longed to lay my hands on!!! Although i still wanna the other 2 badly, but it really nice of her to buy for me!!! She is so nice that even though that she gotta stick to her 1k budget to stay in japan, she got me a CD that cost her SGD40+++ and blessed me with it... really man, its really every CGL's dream for such a thoughtful member! She really amazing!
